Punarnava Mandur is a herbal-metallic Ayurvedic medicine that is processed in Gou-mutra. Its main ingredients are Punarnava and Mandur Bhasma, and it is primarily used to treat anemia, splenomegaly, piles, fever, iron deficiency, and liver-spleen disorders, among other conditions.
