Scrotitis

The bag in which the testicles are lodged is called scrotum. It may get inflamed easily and inflammation of it is called scrotitis. This inflammation very easily merges into gangrene. Scrotitis may cause constitutional symptoms like chill, rigor, fever, dry brown tongue, delirium, etc.

Treatment

Apis Mel. 3x-6—Skin is swollen and painful, with unbearable heat; stinging pain.

Ars. Alb. 3x: In threatened or real gangrenous stage.

Silicea 30-200—If worse at the time of new-moon.
