Saptamirit Loha

The preparation is used to give strength to the eyes, which is why it is also known as netrya. Saptamrit Loha is a traditional remedy that is widely used in eye conditions and is also helpful in maintaining healthy vision.

2. MAHATIRPHA GHRIT

Mahatriphala Ghrit is an Ayurvedic remedy for problems with vision and even for those who want to maintain their healthy vision. It is known to soothe the eyes and maintain the relaxation in ocular muscles. It can be used both internally and externally. Mahatriphala Ghrit is referred to as chukshukshya, which is chukshukshya means something which is good for the eyes and helps in strengthening it as well.

We all know that moringa is used in many south indian dishes and for adding a very exotic taste, but it also has medicinal benefits that are more than just an ingredient.

Amalaki Rasayan 4.

The formulation of Amalaki Rasayan, which comes in capsule form, contains a standardised extract of Amla (Emblica officinalis). This herb has five rasa out of six, including madhur (sweet), amal (sour), katu (pungent), tikta (bitter), and kashaya (astringent), but not lavan (salty).

HERBAL EYE DROPS: OPTIDEW

The formulation also contains extract of saindhava lavana, neem patra, etc. as well as help in balancing doshas and help in resolving many conditions related to eyes, as well as some cooling agents like kapoor and rakta chandana. Palash paapada is a really effective ingredient included in this formulation which helps in expelling out toxins from the eyes.

dosage and use

1. After meals, take two tablets of Saptamrit Loha each day.
2. Mahatriphala Ghrit should be taken after meals twice a day with 1/2 tsp.
3. Take 1 capsule of moringa after each meal, twice a day.
4. Take 1 capsule of Amalaki Rasayan after each meal.
5. Use two drops of Optidew eye drops twice daily, one in each eye.
