Migraine is a severe or painful headache, typically unilateral on one side, accompanied by one or more of the symptoms, such as a pounding headache, nausea, vomiting, and light sensitivity.

Action of Individual Ingredients

• Cimicifuga. Rac: It reduces the pulse’s frequency and intensity and relieves pain, including shooting and throbbing headaches brought on by mental stress or over-studying as well as pains that feel like electric shocks here and there.
• Iris. Vers: Blurred vision in front of the eyes, frontal headache, nausea, a tightening sensation along the scale, and particularly painful right temples.
• Sang.Can: Periodic sick headache with burning in the eyes, pain in the back of the head that feels like a bolt of lightning, pain in the occiput that rises and settles over the eyes, especially the right.
• Spigelia. Mar: Eyelid stiffness and pain complaints, as well as a slight giddiness and trembling tendency when standing straight.
• Belladonna: Pain is made worse by light, noise, and jarring, lying down, in the afternoon, and in the forehead, occiput, and temples. The head is drawn back and rolled from side to side.
• Epiphegus: Headaches from nerve exhaustion brought on by mental or physical exhaustion and preceded by hunger. Pressing pain in temples from outside inward, worse on left side.
• Gelsemium. Semp: Dizziness, drowsiness, dullness, trembling, generalized prostration, a heavy head, heavy eyelids, a bruised feeling in the head, a dull, heavy ache, a headache with a sore, aching feeling in the neck and shoulders.

Dosage

Before each meal, four times a day, 10 to 15 drops in a little water, or as directed by the doctor.
